Our Mission
"Our mission is to actively combat cyberbullying, which has become a serious threat in the era of remote and hybrid work. We are building a digital 'shield' to protect employees from psychological violence and its devastating impact on health and productivity. We educate, support, and provide tools so that every institution can ensure a safe work environment free from 'gloved aggression'."

The project is being implemented within the Vocational Education and Training sector through a partnership of organizations from Poland (ByMind) and Bulgaria (I am you peace global). International cooperation allows for the exchange of experiences and the development of universal standards for employee protection that go beyond the borders of a single country.
